Our Philosophy, Our Vision

At The Cote Corporation we are proud of our safety record. This year we celebrate another annual award for “Zero Injuries”. A result of our work force’s talent, experience and knowledge, and of course a true dedication to ensuring a safe working environment.

In an industry where weight is measured in tons and not pounds, completing every task accident free is of critical importance. Our philosophy begins with a simple premise, we believe all injuries and accidents are preventable.

We have developed a formal program to create an incident and accident free workplace.

All of our field employees have completed an OSHA 10 hour Construction Safety Course. All operators are NCCCO Certified(National Commision for the Certification of Crane Operators) Our cranes are certified by a third party inspection We provide safety orientation for new employees and ongoing training. Our field employees participate in a DOT approved drug and alcohol testing program.
